Coming Soon To Spennymoor!
The development of the Norman Cornish Trail moved a step closer towards completion yesterday when members of the community recorded their memories of some of the locations used on the Trail, taking it now to an advanced stage.
The recordings will be available on the Trail App as an item of interest for participants new to the area and to make it more accessible for those who may have a visual impairment. The Norman Cornish Trail designs will be ‘signed off ‘ next week, including the free Trail Brochure. The Trail is scheduled to be officially opened at the beginning of April.
Cornish Centenary
Throughout the centenary year, an interesting range of themed exhibitions is planned in order to commemorate Norman’s life and to celebrate his work.
