The Bob Abley Art Gallery at Spennymoor Town Council celebrated a milestone this week when visitor numbers exceeded 10,000!
The Bob Abley Art Gallery at Spennymoor Town Council celebrated a milestone this week when visitor numbers exceeded 10,000!
The Gallery reached the landmark figure following a steady increase in numbers since opening its Coming Home exhibition in 2016.
Visitors have come to the gallery from across County Durham, many areas of the UK and international locations such as France, Holland, Norway, America, Australia and Canada.

Cornish Centenary
Throughout the centenary year, an interesting range of themed exhibitions is planned in order to commemorate Norman’s life and to celebrate his work.
